1 measly pound!

How can this be?? All this exercise, walking, water drinking & food reduction and the result is a loss of only 1 pound! 1 measly little pound! Needless to say I am just a little disappointed! BooHoo!

Oh and I've heard 'you are building muscle & muscle weighs more than fat'! Maybe so but I have so much extra fat that I thought for sure that some of it would fall off along with all this muscle building! Ugghhh!!

I had really hoped to be able to wear some shorts since the weather is getting so hot! Oh well, I guess wearing long pants has the benefit of causing more sweat so more calories burned so more weigh loss...right?!? Bah! Not with my luck!

Girl, you sound so much like me.....I haven't lost anything either and I have been at this since January.......Maybe we are just not genetically designed to have 6-pack abs, nice toned legs and arms and be able to wear a size 4, I have tried to come to terms with that, but it doesn't seem fair.....maybe before we do this walk, we will look more fit that we do now! LOL!

  2. I agree that I'll never be a size 4 (never have been) but I would like to at least be at the lower end of the double digits! I know that I can be small than I am now that's why this frustrates me. After Zoe I lost 70 pounds in just over a year and really didn't do anything. Now I am trying and haven't lost squat! I keep telling myself that it will happen and that I shouldn't expect to much to fast. I know that I am doing good for my overall health and I will get toned but damn I want some of these pounds to go!!! Maybe one day we will just wake up and be 3 sizes smaller! LOL!
