First injury

Only got in a mile today... I apparently injured my left calf. Not sure when or how. May have just overdid it yesterday when pushing the girls. Oh well, I didn't want to make it worse so I quit after a mile. Bummer....

    I have an upper respiratory infection, the shot in the bum is still hurting after 3 days, and the antibiotics are really strong and not agreeing with me....this is just wonderful....keep your head up......

    I saw that in your post. You take care of yourself! Don't want you to get worse. I think my leg is okay now. I'll find out on my walk today. I hope it is fine...
